As noted above, we believe that branding assignments should be divided into three main phases — message definition; creative expression; and implementation.

Our greatest value-added is in the message definition phase. Our deliverable typically takes the form of a brand “platform.” This is the detailed articulation of the core elements of the brand, comprising:

  • Foundational elements: These explain the “essence” of the brand to those responsible for generating communications in the name of the organization
  • External elements: These express the promise and value proposition of the organization to customers, partners and other external stakeholders
  • Internal elements: These express the vision, values and character of the organization to internal audiences
Depending on the client's preference, T2 can either lead the subsequent creative expression and implementation work, collaborate with existing agencies, or simply deliver a “warm handover.” Whichever option you choose, you can be confident that the creative work is built upon a solid business foundation.
